I love to write and am obsessed with making sure this site and my brand truly reflect my authentic voice, beliefs, values and elevated sailor vibes . The copy in this website is  94% all my own. In the spirit of complete transparency, AI was consulted for flow, structure and the occasional "tighten this up" or "give this paragraph a good headline" support. However, the stories, offers and ideas are completely my own IP.

I'm lucky to have so many incredibly creative people in my life that have helped me bring my brand to life.
